2Our services

Eight Academy provides computer, IT and skill-development training, including short courses and diploma programs, along with related services such as counselling, demo classes, certification support and career guidance. Course content, duration, schedules and fees may change from time to time, and the details given by our team at the time of enrolment apply to your course.

3Enrolment and eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information when you enrol or submit an enquiry.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
• Admission to a course depends on the availability of seats and, where relevant, on meeting the eligibility described for that course.
• We may decline or cancel an enrolment if the information you give is false or misleading.

4Fees and payments

• Course fees are communicated to you at the time of enrolment and are payable as agreed with our team.
• Fees must be paid on or before the due dates you are given. We may delay access to classes or study material if payments are overdue.
• Please keep your payment receipts. If you face any problem with a payment, contact us as soon as possible.
• Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.

5Classes, batches and attendance

• We make reasonable efforts to run classes as scheduled. Batch timings, trainers and class formats may change when needed, and we will inform you where possible.
• Regular attendance and practice are important for completing your course. Missed classes may need to be made up as advised by your trainer.
• We may combine, reschedule or cancel a batch for operational reasons. In that case we will offer a suitable alternative.

6Student conduct

You agree to:

• Treat trainers, staff and other students with respect.
• Use our computers, network and study material responsibly and only for learning.
• Not damage equipment, share harmful content, harass others or misuse our systems.
• Not record, copy or share class sessions or material without our permission.

We may suspend or end a student's enrolment for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

7Certificates

You may receive a certificate after you complete your course and meet the requirements for it, such as attendance, assessments and fee clearance. We may refuse or withdraw a certificate if it was obtained through false information or misconduct. Certificates confirm course completion and do not guarantee employment.

8Placement and career support

We offer career support such as resume guidance, interview preparation and job opportunities. We do not guarantee a job, an interview or a particular salary. Outcomes depend on your skills, effort and the openings available.

9Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our courses, including text, logos, graphics, videos, study material and software, belongs to Eight Academy or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only for your personal learning. You may not copy, sell, share or publish it without our written permission.

10Use of our website
